Today in Music year 3 have been learning about Pentatonic scales. We listened to a piece of Music from China that used a Pentatonic scale then composed our own pieces in groups using the xylophones and the boom whackers. The children really enjoyed the composition and worked very hard. They were able to perform these to the class at the end of the lesson.

Do you want to come to an amazing concert which children from Clapham Manor are participating in? Are you free at 5.30pm on Tuesday 21st March 2017? Do you want to come to a FREE concert?(Tickets still need to be purchased) Be apart of the excitement and experience live singing at The Southbank Centre! Book your tickets today before it is too late!

With the Lambeth Music Festival only a couple of weeks away, now is the time to start purchasing your tickets.
It would be fantastic if we had as much support from family and friends on the day of the concert and it is going to be an enjoyable concert. You will be proud to see children from Clapham Manor Primary School on the stage. The children are very excited and it will be good for them to have the opportunity to share this enthusiasm with family and friends.

If you have a child in the Junior Choir you are entitled to receive 2 free tickets (please state this on the reply slip). If you require more tickets, or do not have a child in the choir, click here.

Additional tickets may be booked in the following ways:

  1. Online on the Southbank Centre website with a £1.75 booking fee.
  2. By phone at £2.75 per booking
  3. Booked in person at the box office for no fee.Tickets can be collected at the box office on the day. All additional tickets will be your responsibility.
